We are registered property valuers servicing the Brisbane and the Gold Coast localities.
We provide independent formal valuation reports for purchasers, sellers, stamp duty, capital gains, mortgage security, asset, property settlement, and other legal and accounting purposes.
Each registered valuer has a minimum of 5 years local experience supported by a relevant tertiary degree qualification. All valuers are current members of the QLD Valuers Registration Board and have comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Apart from valuation updates, retrospective and reassignment valuations, all valuations require full internal and external inspections, independent market analysis and professional report preparation.
We have no vested interest, our only interest is to provide you with the best professional impartial valuation service and advice.
