We are property valuers providing property valuations in areas throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
SLR Valuations conduct independent formal valuation reports for purchasers, sellers, stamp duty, capital gains, mortgage security, asset, property settlement, and other legal purposes.
We are NOT in any way associated with cheaper substandard valuation models offered by valuation management companies including desktop or restricted valuations, online internet groups offering instant internet valuations, and associated lenders supporting any of these methods.
Each licensed valuer has a minimum of 5 years local experience supported by a relevant tertiary degree qualification. All valuers are current members of the QLD Valuers Registration Board. Our valuers have current CPD (Continuing Professional Development) records and Professional Indemnity Insurance to a minimum of $2M.
Apart from valuation updates, retrospective and reassignment valuations, all valuations require comprehensive internal and external inspections, independent market analysis and full professional report preparation.
We have no vested interest, our only interest is to provide you with the best professional unbiased valuation service and advice.
