These are based on "information rich, knowledge poor" statistical techniques and are in no way
associated with formal valuations conducted by registered valuers.
Our independent Formal Valuation reports are
currently offered on the Australian Property Institute (API) format.
Typically this is a five (5) or six (6) page document that includes general site, improvement, and locality descriptions,
legal information, valuation, photograph and locality map. Our valuation figure is based on many criteria including the
analysis of current market conditions, relevancy of actual property sales evidence, and the size, condition and presentation of improvements.
We offer a professional opinion of market range and market value for your required purpose.
