What happens when you submit your enquiry?
A valuer can usually respond to a general enquiry submission within one business day, and a formal quote submission within one to two business days, however, they may not necessarily respond to any AI flagged submissions (*see below).
The valuer will contact you if they require any further information.
Please note that unless specifically requested by you, or advised by us when providing a quote, our quotes are for standard short form valuation reports suitable to the purpose they are being prepared for.
If you receive a formal email quote from the valuer, you may choose to proceed with the valuation request. You can do this by replying to this formal quote email, and including a statement to proceed and other information the valuer may have requested.

*Please note that if your enquiry is identified as most likely AI-generated, or AI-augmented, it may be refused, and you may receive the following reply email: “Unfortunately your submission has been flagged as potential AI, and as such you may not receive a response from us”.
All enquiries will be forwarded to the respective valuer, even if the submission has been flagged as potential AI.
