What happens once we receive your enquiry or request for a formal quote:

A valuer can usually respond to an enquiry the same business day. We will contact you if we require any further information to best assist with an enquiry.

If you have requested a formal quote, this will be emailed to you by one of our qualified property valuers in due course. The valuer may contact you if they have any questions. Please contact the valuer if you have any questions after receiving our quote.

If you wish to accept our formal quote, your instruction to proceed and quote acceptance must be in writing. You can do this by replying to our formal quote email, and include any further information we may have requested.

An instruction receipt confirmation will be emailed to you after we have created the new job file. We will then proceed with the job subject to the terms set out in our formal quote.
